Room size was exceptional. Also, the room had very low noise level, nice temperature and great bed. Furthermore, breakfast was nice and swimming pool operation hours were very convenient.
Old room furniture and design. Also, they charged even the coffee inside the room. I paid almost 2200 euro for 9 days and they charged 2 capsules of coffee I used.... Also, they do not clean the rooms if you do not request it which is not convenient.

This hotel is perfect for large families. My wife and I have 6 children and we all fit in one suite. Breakfast was a full meal, not a continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of there way to help us. At check in they even changed our booking to help us save money. Walking distance to Navy Pier.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Chicago smells like pot, but that’s the cities fault not the hotels.

Close to everything. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.
Facility is aging and falling apart. Wasn’t very clean. My feet were dirty after walking around the room.
