Prestige Harbourfront Resort, WorldHotels Luxury

Lovely hotel near to the city centre with free parking and clean and comfortable rooms. In addition to, friendly and professional staff; and great amenities including a games room.

Did not have breakfast. Location was great as well as balcony and view

Bed was not comfortable could feel the springs needs to be replaced. Did not eat at either restaurants as the reviews for them were terrible

Fabulous location and luxury accommodation

Loved the location. The staff were wonderful. Very thoughtful.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. I was disappointed immediately to find no primary ensuite. You have to share a bathroom with second bedroom and all guest visiting. The bathroom was very dark which is a huge pet peeve for women putting on makeup. There was also spots of black mould in the shower and a broken toilet handle for which we were constantly lifting the lid to repair. These things completely unnecessary! I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I have experience working in the hospitality industry and I understand the simple things that are necessary for a special stay. This was not an ideal experience. Thank goodness the staff were kind and courteous.
