Mattress needed replacing.

I enjoyed the breakfast which offered a great selection
The room itself is in need of attention. The mattress is sagging . Both the room and bathroom are overdue for renovation.

Room was clean.
Potholes in both entrance driveways caused by car trailer hitch go bottom out - terrible first impression.
Staff not not seem to care when i made the suggestion that at a minimum these potholes could be filled with gravel. Poorest breakfast of all places i have stayed offering breakfast. Felt i could have got better value elsewhere.
