The Restaurants and cafe were all very tasty. Pools were beautiful and hot, staff were friendly and helpful.
The mattress was caved in and the bathtub was soft like you could fall through the floor. Also never had conditioner or body wash even after having the room done up.

The hot springs, delicious food, and everything else are truly beyond anything I've experienced so far!
The building is quite old and creaky, making it easy to hear neighbors walking, which can be rather annoying since we came here to rest...

Location is good. Scenery is great. Food is good. Staff are friendly and efficient.
Bed is a double and uncomfortable for 2 persons. The box spring mattress is not comfortable. The pillows are too soft and not supportive.

The outdoor hot spring pools.
The bedroom was grubby and very dated. It had a musty damp smell. No plug for sink. No dressing gowns. Carpet was filthy. Staff in coffee shop and on reception were miserable and not very welcoming.
