The staff were very good at answering questions and explaining policy and rules
I stayed there two nights and if you did not catch the cleaning staff before 10:30 your room would not be cleaned

The elevator was broken. Very inconvenient to have to walk up to the 4th floor with bags and food in hand. We was told to use the employee elevator. That was very inconvenient for the guest as well as the staff. Watching the elderly trying to figure it out was uneasy.
