Close to Crockett’s, we saw a bear, convenient.
I mean, it’s a Motel 6. Great value so you can spend your money elsewhere, but it’s not glamorous.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but that was all there was to like. It's fine for an overnight stay, but for a week, not so much.
The noise level was tremendous. The people downstairs (I think they might live there) were cleaning cars, playing loud music, shouting and dogs barking all night. At one time I think they may have actually been fighting. I know this is not the Motels problem, but my complaint is we were right next to the lobby and they claimed to here nothing. Hmmmm. We payed extra for a balcony that looked at the back of the motel next door, so don't bother with that. The property across the street is a run down motel with broken windows and trashy. A good note, it's a close walk to town and trails.
