The staff member when I checked in was very friendly. The room was nicer than I expected. Of course the room and everything was clean

Very clean. Friendly staff
After check-in we opened our room door and there was already someone in our room.

Loved the location. Loved I could bring my dog.
The bed mattress did not have a mattress cover under the sheets (gross). The pillows also did not have pillow protectors under the pillow covers. I was shocked by this. I did check for bedbugs - none.

Extra fees not clearly advertised. Pay to park $6. $75 for one pet. Staff indifference. Found toenail clipping in the bed!
