Great location, close to the theatre.
We would have liked to have been in a room in the main part of the hotel.

The breakfast choice was a bit heavy; I would have liked a bowl of fruit, yogurt or just toasts.
My fault that I didn’t check about elevators, but I managed the stairs anyway.

Location was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Room size & lack of elevators to get to 3rd floor. Breakfast was OK but below our expectations and slow.

Great location right on the water and walking distance to cruise boarding.
Property needs some care, paint and cleaning. It's a beautiful historic building but feels tired, needs some attention, new rugs in hallways, walls need painting/cleaning and general tiding up (remove tables in lobby, bedding and towels piled at end of hallways, etc.

"It had very comfortable beds, & it was cozy. Jake’s restaurant was excellent! The views are stunning and you can walk to the docks easily!"
