Nice, clean hotel. Very comfortable bedding.
Some scary looking homeless people in the parking lot outside at nighttime but that’s not really something the hotel staff has any control over and it seems to be a very common issue on the west coast so most likely every other location would have them if surrounded with inviting enough parking lot.

The bed was super comfy, the room had a balcony, which was a nice surprise, the AC/heating was easy to use, the hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. I was in a pet room, and it was very clean.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize breakfast was provided, so I ate it in the restaurant once, then ordered in fast food breakfasts from Doordash.
The bathroom looked old, had some stains in the sink and bathtub, but was clean overall. I would have liked some laundry facilities but there weren't any. I also wanted to use an ATM machine to get cash so I could leave a tip for the housekeepers, but there was none in the hotel. And lastly, I didn't like the area the hotel was in compared to other areas in Kelowna.
