Clean comfortable hot water in shower free coffee in lounge area warm nice staff excellent location close to train station 7/11 Walgreens art institute
One girl had shower and left hair literally all over the floor. Would have preferred ladies nearer my age in room . They all spoke to me in kitchen and lounge area

The washroom are modern and clean.
Hallways dirty. No ustensiles in the kitchenette. Curtains broken in the private bedroom. Very overpriced for Chicago marathon (price comparable to private hotel room). Staff not helpful.
