The location was very special and unique.
The staff were very pleasant and kind
It was not the check-in clerk’s fault but when we arrived a very needy customer was tying up the check-in process I would suggest that there be a supervisor who could step in and take care of those needy people who are unaware of others waiting

Location and the available tours
The reception staff were poorly trained and unable to explain the booking and payment system, which included the tour and the deposit. We are still waiting for an itemized bill, as it seems we paid more than we expected. We were not alone when we were checking in everyone else had the same query as to how the payment made on arrival was broken down

We loved the view.
We loved the room size and facilities
The only problem was that it was quite noisy and we could hear guests coming and going and opening doors. Our room was right next to the elevator too.
The free snacks and cocktail was the best I have seen in a while.
Noise that you hear of guests in their rooms and in the passage.
