Really clean, the online check-in process was great for us as we arrived very late into the evening. Great location as a base to explore Canmore and Banff. A really good size, and the bathroom facilities were fantastic. Those shower wall jets have changed my life!

The space was beautiful and what we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and well-designed.
The booking process had some hassles. I was contacted a few months after booking requesting additional payment. I think the group had been hacked. On the day of check-in I was asked for additional incidentals details but was concerned due to the earlier issues. It was complicated and resulted in me needed to reach out to the team for check in details after providing the card on a call. I understand the need for security and guest validation but wish it had been a smoother process with no earlier compromised system messages that eroded trust.

It was a spacious unit with fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was cotton instead of cheap synthetic material. I liked the two bathrooms too and the view of the trees. It’s close to shops and town without being noisy.
All of the blinds in the lounge were broken so they wouldn’t fully open. The fireplace didn’t work and the toilets constantly ran so we had to make sure the bathroom doors were closed. A maintenance person is needed in there to fix some things
