The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean
I didn't like the surprise $100 they charged my card upon check-in, even though I already paid in full. Instead of placing a temporary hold, they charged my card and told me they'd refund it within 5-7 business days. I had not accounted for this surprise charge

Convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Quiet.
The toilet in our room was working properly. Low pressure, required multiple flushes & we had to add water to the rank. Requested maintenance & I was told someone made two visits but it was not resolved. The room seemed damp the entire stay; unable to dry it out, very humid. Seemed a bit short-staffed at the front desk & breakfast, staff was doing multiple tasks & hot water & decaf coffee not always available. Didn’t notice any fruit at breakfast. The breakfast area was clean.
