Location is perfect! In 5 minutes walking we were already at the Harbourfront. The view from the window was also great! Definitely 5 stars for cleanliness, and the staff was super nice.
Breakfast was included but it wasn’t a typical breakfast buffet, I found the system not the most convenient: you have to choose items from the menu on the top of a bar counter, without seeing them, and make sure you are not exceeding $25.
But the staff at the bar was was super nice.

Excellent location, clean room, helpful staff - harbour view was lovely
Clarity beforehand on parking would have been helpful - the hotel has its own underground car park which we were not aware of.

The location was brilliant and the staff really tried their best in trying circumstances
They were obviously having several infrastructure and software issues at the time we stayed but the staff really tried hard to overcome all of this and make the stay pleasant
