Our toilet was not working properly and we called and 5 minutes later a maintenance man was in our room fixing the issue, I also left a hair straightener behind and they are sending it back to me. Everyone was so helpful and friendly great experience.
I would have liked to be closer to the falls but that wasn’t really a big deal.

Ample parking for bigger vehicles
Starbucks inside the hotel has horrible hours. For the 3 hours they are open we never saw an employee.
Booked thru bookings.com.com and did not know about the extra parking fees. Thought this was a money grab for sure, as the hotel isnt by the actual falls. Smoking area is at main foors to enter, no other entrances to get in, so u have to walk thru the smoke. Also no place to park to load and unload your vehicle without blocking the handicapped spots. Employee at the front desk for checkin was not nice at all.
