Lovely hotel with easy access to the downtown area. Free shuttle bus. Plenty of free parking.

We arrived soaking wet after being rained out camping and it was a very comfortable place to recover. Stylish and comfortable.
So expensive for a motel! But that's everywhere in Banff, not just the Dorothy.

We had a lovely stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the location was excellent and made getting around so convenient. We parked our car at the hotel and simply commute around with the free bus shuttle service- the bus stop was just 2 minutes walk away! The hotel also provided specialised coffee offerings daily and that was quite a uniquesr highlight for coffee lovers.
Our room was on the 1st floor and as there was no lift, we had to climb the stairs with our luggages.
