Great hotel, clean and comfortable.
Off site parking a little inconvenient.

Very nice property. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Great service at the front desk. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious.
Parking is off property. Not ideal but it worked just fine.

Great downtown location. We walked on the ferry and took the bus in from Swartz Bay, and the hotel was a short walk from the stop. Restaurants, bars and the Inner Harbour were all reachable on foot, so we never needed a car or taxi all weekend. It also worked well for the Royal Victoria Marathon on Sunday.
Nothing. The stay went smoothly.
