Everything as advertised. Ample towels and sufficient dishes.
It could use a bit of a refresh, but was nice and clean. There were not enough blankets or pillows for the total guests we had.

The property is located in a quiet part of Whistler and the apartment faced the forest, which made it very private and relaxing. The apartment overall was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchenette had everything that was required to prepare a meal and the complementary coffee, tee and hot chocolate was a nice touch. We were also very close to the lost lake walking trail and there is a bus stop right across the street where a free bus will take you to the village every half hour late into the night, The property is very secure with entry codes for both doors and elevators, The unit came with one secured underground parking spot.
There were a couple of snags with this resort. Number one was lack of heated water. Most of our stay did not have heated water due to boiler issues, thus we could not bathe, or shower unless you like ice cold water. Number two was the hot tub,
which could not be used during the evening due to a lighting problem. Number three was discontinued use of BBQ's due to a bear in the area. I can understand about the bear danger, but maybe let the guest make their own choice, at their own risk. Bears are always around Whistler. Not sure why you can't use a hot tub without light. In case of the boiler it sounded like it was a planned boiler exchange, but for some reason the back-up boiler did not work properly.

The suite was very cosy and quiet. Kids loved the bunk bed. Facilities were maintained in excellent condition. Location was very good away from the village core.
When I booked the place, it was not communicated that no housekeeping is provided. It was told to me one day prior to the stay when I received the arrival instructions.
