Very friendly, welcoming staff. Room was extremely spacious with a lovely large bed which was super comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Situated just far enough away from the busy town area to be quiet!

Our room was large, clean and amazing. David checked us in and he is a source of information. Loved the property. Great location - a short walk to the falls. The sterling did not disappoint us at all.

We have been MANY times to the Sterling Inn and Spa. Things are unfortunately going downhill...blind broken, room needed a full cleaning, toilet was so close to shower that it was difficult to use the facilities...even the shower was subpar to what we have experienced. It was my GO TO place in Niagara. I will now think twice!
