Red Roof Inn Indianapolis - Greenwood

Convenient location, clean rooms and office, helpful staff.

The location was hard to get a hold of directly. The outdoor entrance door to my room wouldn’t latch to secure the room from the outside. The office worker tried to fix the door himself with their master key but it wouldn’t work so he suggested I secure the door from the inside during my stay. This required me to pack up my things every time I left and take them with me. The last night of my stay the door was fixed and locked properly from the outside. Also the bathroom door was severely damaged on the inside and the toilet roll holder was poorly mounted so that a large 1” gap was above the holder and it was tilted in the space. Two screws held the holder in the space at an awkward angle in the hole.

Pool and pice.

Needs a little updating. I almost fell when showering because the tub was extremely slippery.

It’s clean and the facilities are perfect.

I can’t think of anything.

Location

The property is tired, needs maintenance, and the room smelled of smoke.
