The convenience of location, the room appliances and basic necessities, and the in-house residents services.
Gunshots (8-10) fired right outside my window the second night of of my stay.

I had a great room and a wonderful customer service. The drivers were so generous and hospitable. All experiences inspired by to become a regular customer of Wyndham.

Excellent breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean.

The location of this hotel was convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good selection of options.
While the exterior and hallways have undergone renovations, the room needs more work. The TV didn't work. The bathroom needs attention (clogged drain, no shampoo or body wash in shower). Curtains need repairing. I could live with it for two nights but it did not meet my expectations.
