No one told us there is breakfast there in the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast that hotel provided.
We didn’t know we have to throw all the gabageges when we check out, and we had to go back to the hotel to collect the gabage to throw away after we checked out, which is kind of delayed our trip schedule.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Aspens. The apartment was large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very welcome after a long day of hiking. I think considering the prices in the area it offers very good value for money.
Having to pay for parking separately was inconvenient and actually a very big added expense!
Reception staff unhelpful and seemed to have nothing to do with the room bookings system, all seemed a bit odd.

We always love staying at the Aspens when we are in Whistler. The facilities are lovely and we really enjoy the walk into the village centre.

The accommodation was dated but fine inside with the amenities listed - it's a great location for exploring Whistler and an easy walk into town and really close to a great bike hire shop if you want to explore the bike trails around town. It was comfortable and front desk were helpful, the hot tub and pool access was nice.
Check in was a bit messy as no automatic email got sent when it should have, resulting in my having to call. Not the end of the world but in my opinion it is not clear when you book that you will not be able to get help at the front desk for your booking as it's a different management company. Maybe I missed it but I don't think that's great tbh. Front desk can't help you at all with any check in issues. It is a bit cheeky you have to pay to park although this is in small print when you book. They didn't seem very flexible at all with the 'request' to cancel or change your booking either.
