Staff were excellent. Minor hiccup with our room which they immediately fixed in person.

Nice hotel.
Great location, next to Stanley Park & English Bay.
Friendly staff.
In front of the hotel there was a bike shop.
No problem to park our bikes during the night.

Good location, nice room, modern and comfortable, easy check in and noon check out is nice.
Expensive parking, it’s outside and not secure but more expensive than high end secure parking in higher demand parts of the city. Essentially , a rip off
