Location
Laundry, the temperature too low and we have to back and forth for so many times to check and add the coins until everything dry, it’s really wasting our time.
Breakfast almost the same everyday.

The best location! Train and bus loop right beside it. Very easy to get around, no need for the car. Good sound proof windows. Breakfast is a nice addition. Loved the whole experience. Will stay at this location next time we are in the city.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is tasty and well stocked. I like that the hotel is located next to the rail system with access to the mall.

Location
Could not get a receipt from the hotel when I check out because the room was booked thru Booking.com.
Very frustrating to get the documents needed for claiming from employer
