It is an attractive hotel, close to the West Edmonton Mall, and the staff seem very pleasant and helpful.
We ordered room service the first night as our flight was late arriving and we were tired and didn’t want to go down to the restaurant. The food was delivered quite promptly which was nice, but came in a brown paper bag and was not very appealing or particularly tasty.

The room was much nicer then the advertised photos on Booking.com site. The staff returned messages promptly. The homemade cookie on arrival was delicious. We attended a dinner theater performance which is on-site, very convenient.
Was disappointed there wasn't a hot tub, rooms didnt offer soaking tubs and no complimentary breakfast. Many hotels in this price point offer all three.

Location was good, nice clean lobby
Customer service could have been better, very poor.
They need better cleaners there for 4 nights and never changed the sheets or vacuumed
Did the bare minimum cleaning.
Pool area looks depressing
