Breakfast was good. Good quality and taste but no milk alternatives available.
Staff was extremely helpful.

As we had to leave 5 am due to my friends flight time we didn’t have chance to have breakfast as it is served after 7 am
The reception was so rude. He asked my identity card and my credit card. He didn’t even ask me how would I like to pay as I was thinking to pay cash but he already deducted from my credit card and he was very rude.

Nice reception staff, made us feel welcome and check in was straight forward.
They also gave me an iron and ironing board straight away when I asked for it which was very helpful.
House keeping staff also nice, they would change towels earlier if we asked and were happy to help.
Easy to get parking permit for hire car. Location excellent because close to car hire places, food in missisauga was excellent, uber drivers found the hotel easily when delivering food or taking us out.
Breakfast was simple, not varied enough. We got breakfast from outside most days. They are having building work done so we ended up having breakfast in small room with plastic forks and paper plates but we think that was because of maintenance and no access to main restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing for us.
We were also right next to a truck stop however we didn’t really see or hear truck drivers and next to fuel Station was helpful for our hire car.

Parking, noisy neighbours late at night and our bathroom light didn’t work in morning.
