The staff were so lovely and accommodating
The property is tired and needs updating. There have been some but hopefully they have more plans in future.

Suite was ideal sized and had all the facilities we needed. We stayed here because the hotel prices in Vancouver are astronomic. With Skytrain stops (relatively) close this worked well
Would have preferred to be in the main hotel but that wouldn't be a deal breaker

The ease of booking accomodation for 4 people on very short notice. We had to do this because our earlier booking at another place gave us an abrupt cancellation. Being able to find this place was a lifesaver for us.

Room was clean, bedding clean, bathroom clean.
Wifi was awful. Rooms are dated. Good shape but looks like they were styled in the 1970's. Tv was adequate but needs updating. Shower was ok, but no anti-slip mats.
