Great location on the edge of the main village. The room was very clean, and kitchen had everything we needed.

Have stayed at Mountainside a few times and have enjoyed it immensely every time. Staff are amazing. Hotel and rooms are immaculate and the beds are ridiculously comfy. Had my wife’s 40th Birthday planned up there and they made sure to make it memorable.

The room was spacious - although the bed was a Murphy bed, so when it was down, there wasn't as much room! The staff were friendly and helpful.
I had asked for a quiet room - we did NOT have a quiet room. Our room view - whilst great - was VERY noisy. It overlooked thye pool (this wasn't really an issue), and the base of the Blackcomb chairlift. However, it also faced a bar - which had a stage at the front and outside the venue - it pumped music until at least 11pm - all day and night. I had asked for a change in room, but they couldn't accommodate this due to 100% capacity. If you like to go to bed early, or have children - request a room far away of this side of the hotel.

The location was great and the pool had a great view of the mountains. Steam room was a bonus.
Beds were awful! The slats kept falling off and was overall uncomfortable.
