I booked this hotel because of its convenient location close to the airport, as I was arriving late at night.
The staff here is simply world-class — exceptionally friendly, warm, and deeply accommodating. My flight was delayed, so after leaving the airport at 1 AM, I ended up walking through the rain to the hotel (I couldn't call an Uber) and arrived around 2 AM exhausted. The team was so empathetic and attentive to my situation that they kindly offered me a complimentary late checkout until 1 PM so I could properly rest and recharge.
The room was spotless, very clean, and spacious, with a huge, super comfortable bed. The location is an ideal starting point for a trip to Quebec — there’s a bank, Dollarama, and other convenient stores nearby that you won't easily find in the historic center (anyone living in Canada will definitely appreciate this, lol!).
So Highly recommend!
I didn't find any real downsides. The mattress was a bit on the firm side for my personal taste, but that’s just my individual preference.

Very convenient location, with Tim Horton’s next door, just a few minutes' walk to the supermarkets and more. A good overnight stay before exploring Quebec City.
