Close to a lot of cute coffee shops
Far from Old Quebec 30 mins walk all up hills.
We stayed on 2nd floor and it is really noisy from the truck in front of hotel until 1:00 or 2:00am.
The washrooms in the Lobby is a little bit dirty every time I used it.

The location was ideal with great access to restaurants and bus stops. The offer of parking was also fantastic and why we chose this hotel.

Location, price, cleanness
Suposed to have a room with view but 2nd floir with no view but it was OK. No water in room.

Good location
Smokers very close to door so it smelt bad in reception, unwelcoming atmosphere
Generally the room smelt like stale food or dogs
Needs thoroughly cleaned
Assume last customers name stored on the TV, it was not mine
We pre-paid the room and were charged on arrival and again when we checked out. Luckily we noticed and able to rectify quickly but it’s bad for anyone who doesn’t notice.
