Continental breakfast were per person a muffin, 3 commercial wrapped bars a piece of fruit and bottle of juice. Coffee and tea in the room. Room was good size and well laid out.
A lot of smoking happening outside the back entrance. Did not seem like there was any security or supervision of that area. Wondered if some of the people hanging out there were living there.

Staff were incredibly pleasant. Room was super comfortable
No eating facility but that’s because they are renovating the restaurant

Newly renovated rooms with 2 queen beds and no carpet.
The water in the shower did not get very warm. I was cold. No laundry.
The heated pool was cold and the free continental breakfast kitchen was closed due to renovations so we got packaged muffins and granola bars instead. No refunds after booking. That is when we got a note saying gather were under renovations. No opt out at that point.
