Location, vibe.
Room should have had a dresser and/or a table other than coffee table to put down keys, wallets, bags. More places to put clothes for two people staying three days.

The Hotel has a great location. Very beautiful interior design and an amasing old elevator! The place were modern and vintage live side by side. Clean rooms and really comfy bed.
Personall was very friendly and nice.
The only thing we didn't like: because of old windows it was very loud in the morning.

We travelled from the UK to Toronto to get married. We spent 5 nights at the Gladstone Hotel. The hotel was in a really great location. There was lots of great food spots and coffee shops nearby. Also a short walk from Trinity Bellwoods Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Both the Hotel breakfast restaurant and Cassette served great food and drinks.
We spent the evening of our wedding day at the Hotel bar - Cassette. We had the best evening partying with our friends and the food and drinks were great! Special shoutout to Julian who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time!
Aircon was quite loud in the room, didn't bother us too much as we just left it on during the day while we were out and switched it off before we went to sleep.

It’s a very lovely and with lot love to details renovated. Rooms a delightful designed. Breakfast menu is small but items are delicious.
The location…yes there’s a tramway im front of the hotel but it takes depending on traffic 20-35min eben though it’s just about 2.5km. The rooms are small. Though bed is big and comfy. Staff is nice but not outgoing nice. No hello when entering the hotel from the reception. I bought a late check out at 1pm (that’s okay-ish) but 10min past 1pm they already knocked on my door
