The reception, bar, and restaurant were all lovely and beautifully designed. The pool area looked very nice. Our room was fine if basic.
The staff could be better informed about local information for guests. If you don't drive or have access to a car their knowledge of any other transport is poor. The room was fine (clean and comfortable) but I expected something a bit better considering the cost of the room. There is a strange deposit system applied to all guests which seems excessive. The reason for this is that they allow pets but would it not be possible to charge this deposit only if you do bring a pet? I was told this was also due to the value of items in the room however as the room was fairly basic and didn't seem very special I could not see the need for it.
