Extremely close to the cruise terminal and Gas Town. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by.
There is also a guest laundry onsite, which for us was fabulous to be able to get on our cruise with everything clean.
Breakfast was better than expected. Lovely cafe style pastries, fresh fruit and all the usual fare
I have no complaints. Yes the stairs & halls are a little tired, the one elevator is a little slow (hence my familiarity with the stairs) but is as expected for the price/ location.

The front desk staff were professional. Walkable to the cruise port and waterfront which is why I chose it.
Very average hotel, rooms need updating, foyer drab and uninviting, the one snd only lift was not working when I checked out so I had to carry a heavy case down the stairs.
