The location was good but difficult to figure out the road access from google maps. Would love to have available at the location a map of Barrie to find other attractions and restaurants. A paper copy of a map would be great at the desk.!
The front desk personnel were helpful for directions.
Not enough variety or quantity of food. Requires more seating spaces, better organization of where to find utensils and plates. Hot water for tea is really too hot to drink immediately from the machine and difficult to find where is the hot water.
Found too many pillows on the bed and not comfortable and too big.

A stale musty smell in the room

Perfect location which just 1 min drive after leaving the high way. They followed and respected my room request, and provided me with the best room which just right meet my satisfaction. The room was clean and also very quite even it locates right next to the high way. You can have a good rest here at night and enjoyed the good breakfast in the morning, where they provided with waffle makers and hot meals. Would recommend this place to anyone needs a room.

Pillows were comfy
The room was very damp and smelled like mood. Small, shower didn’t work and the phone was broken as well. My credit card was also compromised at this location through your website
