Hotel was modern and felt new. Room was clean.
A little pricy, the most expensive place we stayed on our trip.

convenient location for work trip in Victoria area and for visiting friends in Langford. Comfortable room.
Suggest cleaners leave shower door closed so warning about slippery shower floor is more visible. All was well but available non-slip mat was not obvious.

Nothing it was great

I requested for a quiet room but on my 1st night we were placed in a room in front of the elevator. That is not a good customer care!
The room where we were transferred does not smell fresh. I am not sure if this was the carpet but definitely not very good as well. Paging housekeeping, you can do better than that.
