Location, clean, welcoming
No swimming pool even though there were signs for it

The buffet breakfast, available for an additional charge, was excellent—featuring vegetables, omelets, and fruit; it was a great way to start the day.
The hotel's location was excellent—in the heart of downtown, close to everything.
