The amenities for the kids. Complimentary drinks in room. Nice location.
Needing some updating and repairs in rooms.

Love the cabin in the woods feeling but with all the amenities like hot tub, waterpark and playroom. It's a little dated sure, but I think it's part of the charm. Free bus passes to Downton Banff (<10 mins away)
Washroom could be cleaner

Location and free access to downtown Banff shuttle
Property including common facilities and rooms are very dated.

Floors were dirty, furnishings required updating or complete change. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well. Expensive considering condition of chalets.
Lack of cleanliness.
