First night of our honeymoon. They upgraded us to a suite without our knowledge. I can't begin to tell you how appreciative we were. Thank you to the people responsible for this.❤️

Proximity to the old port
Building is in need of updating and repair. Pillows were small and lumpy. The towels although said to be washed were stained. Elevator tile was broken on the floor and half missing. The pool smells super strong throughout the building of chlorine and there are birds that should not be exposed to that chemical smell 24/7. The back of the converter was missing. The hvac system was so loud you can hear the tv. Their cages were not clean ( full of feathers and feces). The room phone didn’t call the front desk or anywhere and just plays a fast beep. That system must be down. The restaurant was over booked and wouldn’t take orders. Hotel will only clean your room after 3 days and you have to ask at the front desk. That’s gross. Had to ask for new toilets and toilet paper at the front desk. She asked if we needed them right away? And opened a cupboard and handed them to us to bring and replenish.
