the bedroom was overall was good. the cleanliness etc. we were glad we were upgraded from Deluxe to Executive room which we were so thankful. The receptionist Mr Imtiyaz has been helpful in guiding us throughout our stay there. The room service was good and quiet efficient. My son love the chicken biryani from the room service but the Thai green chili need improvement in term of spiciness.
1. The bath with bathtub need a curtain so the floor do not get wet.
2. The buffet breakfast for a 4 star hotel was way down below the standard. Need more varieties and quality.
