Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, zentrumsnah und sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie hat alles, was man benötigt. Ganz viele Küchengeräte und Utensilien sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat den Charme einer Studenten-WG; ist sehr sauber, aber nicht alles ist komplett erneuert und auf dem neuesten Stand. Leider gibt es in der Dachgeschosswohnung kein richtiges Wohnzimmer, wo man sich bequem setzen und unterhalten könnte und wir haben im Esszimmer gesessen.

Location and communication were great. Appartment ist spacious. Small bathroom might be tricky for family with young kids but one person at time it was fine. Towels and bed linen were clean, so was bathroom.
When we searched for the appartment it would show 3 bedrooms however the flat we booked only had 2 bedrooms (it said 2nd floor apartment). In the end we staid as there were enough beds.
You can see it on pics but that felt not very transparent. Also there was quite a bit of dust on furniture and under sofas.

It is clear that somebody has been thinking about decorating in a welcoming manner in this lovely old apartment (can I move it to my home town and live there permanently? :-)). Large food store just across the parking lot on the back of the house. Close to city center. Responsive hosts. Appreciated with a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolate. Clean and cozy. Comfortable beds. Small but adequate bathroom. Very good that we could park at the house, since street parking seems scarce.
Parking is a little crammed, but that is just the way the house and plot are built, so no big issue. A bit confusing garbage sorting system, maybe a bit clearer instructions in English are required...

Gute Lage, picobello sauber, mehrere Zimmer. Betten ganz bequem.
War teilweise ziemlich abgewohnt, Küche nicht gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank hat total gewackelt.
