Местоположение просто шикарное. Вид на море с балкона - потрясающий. Пешая доступность от центра, но при этом - тихое спокойное место с кондоминиальным парком.
Море в 4 мин пешком + кондоминиальный (хотя и небольшой) бассейн.
Отличная звукоизоляция, шума с улицы не слышно совсем. Кондиционер позволяет закрывать окна на ночь.
В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха.
подземная парковка на выезде не дает шанса на ошибку, если вдруг остановишься, снова стартовать в крутую горку с поворотом почти на 180 градусов может быть трудновато. Хотя как альтернатива в 20 метрах есть парковка за смешные деньги (1.5 евро в день)

Appartamento molto comodo e luminoso, dove non manca niente. Bella la vista mare dalla terrazza.
Marianne è stata accogliente, gentilissima e premurosa.
L’unica cosa che ci è piaciuta un po’ meno è stato il dover passare dal seminterrato con i garage, per raggiungere il giardino, la piscina e il mare.

The location was amazing and the sea view to die for, both in the morning and of an evening when the moon was shimmering on the water.
Perfect location for supermarket and travel links. Short bus ride to the train station from where you could travel up and down the Cote D'Azur as much as you like for Euros 50 for the week - bus, tram and train.
Don't be put off by the front of the building which is on a main road - i.e. don't judge a book by it's cover. The apartment block is clean and tidy and the apartment itself, amazing with everything you could need.
Had a little trouble getting the TV to work, but figured it out - for those booking this particular apartment and wanting to watch TV - open the cupboard doors to find the sky box equivalent which is worked by the small remote.
