The property is a two-story chalet with a rooftop solarium, just a 5-minute walk from Zahara de los Atunes beach (Atlanterra), offering beautiful views of the Sierra de la Plata and the sea. This brand-new home will be available from 2026 and is located in a quiet residential area, perfect for families or groups of friends. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, solarium, terraces, front patio, and a private garden with an enclosed Lumon-style dining area. The house is newly furnished and features air conditioning, heating, fast fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a private underground parking space. You will have access to adult and children’s pools, as well as communal areas. It is an ideal place to relax on stunning beaches, watch unique sunsets, and explore Zahara de los Atunes, Tarifa, and the surrounding area. The beach is an unspoiled paradise with 8 km of golden sand and crystal-clear waters.
The house is 120 m² and includes a workspace. High chairs are available for little ones. Self check-in offers maximum convenience.
The location is excellent: five minutes on foot to the beach and two minutes to a supermarket, bakery, and restaurants. The pool is open from Easter to October, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Note: The property has video surveillance with motion detection at the main and rear entrances. Events and nighttime noise that disturb the peace of the community are not allowed.
Rules: respect the maximum occupancy, no parties, events, or unregistered guests, no smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors), no open flames (candles, matches, lighters, etc.), respect quiet hours, take care of furniture and appliances, do not place hot objects or hit countertops, marble stairs, glass, etc. with suitcases or other items. Pets are not allowed.
