My stylish 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting Barcelona. Conveniently located in the exciting area of El Fort Pinenc and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kickback. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! The master bedroom has a super comfortable king-size bed. You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights. It doesn't just link two of the city's coolest neighbourhoods, it has recently become the go-to place for Barcelona locals. The stretch between Carrer València and Carrer Casp and the surrounding area has been newly laid out making it ideal for cyclists and pedestrians. It has become a hotspot with interesting bars and restaurants, delightful shops and places that will simply amaze you. In a nutshell… you can't afford to miss it.
