THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! It is a family and small-group gathering property. Unauthorized group events or gatherings exceeding the 10 guests included in the booking party will result in immediate vacating of the premises without a refund, unless the event has been authorized in advance by the owner. We will consider small-group events such as family reunions, small wedding receptions, and small adult gatherings; however, any event involving more than 10 total guests must be approved and agreed upon by the owner in advance.
Multiple surveillance cameras outdoors ONLY, are located at the Lake house for security purposes and monitoring of traffic. Although the area is very safe and problem-free, we recommend that guests lock the doors and secure their property when they are not present on the property. Your privacy and safety is our priority!
NO TRAILERS OR BOATS ALLOWED! PARKING OF ANY TRAILERS OR BOATS ON PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED BY HOA RESTRICTIONS. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT AND/OR TRAILER OF ANY KIND, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING AN OFF-SITE LOCATION FOR PARKING/STORAGE.
