Pool Privacy
The pool and garden are exclusively yours and are not shared. However, the pool area is not fully screened from view.
An apartment above the villa has separate access, and its occupants may have a partial view of the pool area. Please consider this before booking if complete visual privacy while swimming or sunbathing is important to you.

Tropical Setting & Wildlife
GAIA is surrounded by nature. As with other tropical properties in Bali, insects and wildlife may occasionally be present.
- Geckos and lizards are common and help control insects.
- Snakes may occasionally appear in garden areas. Keep your distance and alert the on-site team for assistance.
- Free-roaming dogs and cats may be encountered nearby. Please avoid touching or feeding unfamiliar animals.

Monthly Stays
For monthly bookings, the following arrangements apply:
- Arrival supplies: An initial supply of drinking water, toilet paper and cooking gas is provided.
- Replacements: Further supplies are at the guest’s expense. Our team can purchase them upon request.
- Housekeeping: Provided three times per week, with a schedule arranged after check-in.
- Linens and towels: Changed once per week during scheduled housekeeping.
- Trash collection: Provided daily. Please leave rubbish outside the villa each morning.
- Sarong guidance: Please follow the bathroom note regarding sarong use. These lightweight fabrics dry quickly in Bali’s tropical climate and help reduce unnecessary washing.
