About this apartment rental

You'll be staying on the entire upper floor of a former school—90 square metres all to yourselves. The flat features three separate bedrooms with small dressers and an additional sleeping area under the roof. Perfect for families: we provide cribs, high chairs, children's tableware, and even a construction trailer in the garden. You'll enter your retreat through a shared building entrance and can enjoy the entire garden outside all to yourselves in complete peace and quiet. The kitchen's fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. When the weather's bad, table football, board games, children's books, and DVDs provide entertainment. In the play area, you’ll find Lego, Duplo, Schleich animals and dolls. Beach toys, a beach shelter and a paddling pool are also available. You can use the garden entirely as you like. Please note: the grounds are uneven, and the stairs to the flat are somewhat steep. Two house cats live in the house—please keep this in mind if you have allergies.

The flat beaches in the area are ideal for families with small children. Lake Tressow is perfect for swimming, and Wismar delights visitors with its picturesque old town and maritime playground at the harbour. Organic farms and forest trails are very close by. Cyclists should be aware that the area is surprisingly hilly.
