If you stay here, it will be so easy to get to the tourist area (5th Avenue) and the beach. You'll love the area—there are lots of places to go. The apartment has all the essentials, including towels for the beach, and you’ll also have free access to Martina Beach Club. Underground parking is available, but you won’t need a car. We can also help you book tours to Xcaret, Chichen Itza, the cenotes, and more.
Although it’s a studio, it’s very well laid out so it doesn’t feel small. There’s a queen-size bed, a sofa, and a washing machine; the kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious. The only thing is that the balcony doesn’t have a great view, but you can still use it.The apartment is equipped with the basics, such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric stove, some pans and a pot, 4 dinner plates, 4 soup plates, cups, and plenty of cutlery.You have access to the common areas, such as the rooftop, where you’ll find a pool, lounge chairs, a dining area with tables, a small bar area, restrooms, and a shower.
