Discover five immersive bunk rooms, four King retreats, two game areas, a private screened pool with waterslide and spa, and a giant outdoor movie screen. Enjoy ChampionsGate resort amenities and turn every day of your Orlando vacation into game night.



Guest Access:

GUEST ACCESS



Guests will enjoy private access to Game On! Orlando and its residential amenities throughout the reservation, including:

- All 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms

- Private screened swimming pool

- Attached spa

- Private waterslide

- Giant outdoor movie screen

- Covered lanai and outdoor seating

- Main game room

- Second fantasy-inspired game area

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Living and dining areas

- Washer and dryer

- High-speed Wi-Fi

- Family amenities including crib, double stroller, high chairs and pool safety fence



Guests also receive access to eligible ChampionsGate resort amenities, including both the Oasis Club and Retreat Club facilities available to registered Retreat guests.

Any locked owner, housekeeping, maintenance or supply closets are not included in guest access.



🕓 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Detailed arrival information, community access instructions and home-entry information will be provided prior to check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out may occasionally be available depending on the reservation schedule, cleaning requirements and availability. Advance approval is required and additional fees may apply.

Guests should not arrive at or enter the home prior to the confirmed check-in time unless early access has been specifically authorized.



🚘 CHAMPIONSGATE GATE ACCESS

ChampionsGate is a gated community, and every driver entering the community must be registered in advance.

The community transitioned to the SymLiv gate-access system with license-plate recognition during 2026. For The Retreat, the HOA currently permits a maximum of 6 registered vehicles per home, although the property's physical parking capacity is lower.

Before arrival, we may request information for each primary driver and vehicle so that access can be properly arranged.



Important:

The name/vehicle information submitted for access should be accurate. Guests should follow the gate instructions provided before arrival rather than relying solely on GPS, as some ChampionsGate entrances are intended for residents or may not accommodate an initial guest check-in. The HOA specifically directs first-time arriving guests toward staffed/approved entry points.

Please complete requested gate-registration information promptly before arrival to help avoid delays at the community entrance.



🚗 PARKING

The private driveway generally accommodates approximately 2–3 standard passenger vehicles, depending on vehicle size.

Additional street parking is currently permitted within The Retreat at ChampionsGate, subject to HOA parking regulations. Cars parked on the street must remain within approximately 12 inches of the curb.



Parking is not permitted:

- On grass or landscaping

- On sidewalks or where a sidewalk is blocked

- In areas with yellow curbs

- In front of fire hydrants

- At intersections

- In front of mailboxes where prohibited

- Blocking another home's driveway



Vehicles parked in violation of community rules may be subject to enforcement or towing.

Do not assume clubhouse parking can be used for overnight overflow parking.

Although the community allows up to six vehicles to be registered for a Retreat home, that is an entry limit and not a guarantee of six dedicated parking spaces at the property.



🏊 PRIVATE POOL & ATTACHED SPA

Your reservation includes private use of the home's:

Swimming pool · Attached spa · Waterslide · Pool deck

The pool and spa may be enjoyed without purchasing heat.



POOL & SPA HEAT — $49/NIGHT

Pool heating is optional. The attached spa is connected to the pool's heating system and cannot be heated separately. Guests who wish to enjoy heated pool/spa water must add pool heat to the reservation. Advance notice is strongly recommended.



Pool temperature can be affected by outdoor weather conditions, particularly during colder periods. While the system will be activated as requested, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.



💦 WATERSLIDE

The private pool features its own waterslide, exclusively for guests staying at the home.



🎬 GIANT OUTDOOR MOVIE SCREEN

Use of the large private poolside entertainment screen is included with the reservation.

Streaming apps are available through the system; guests should sign into supported services using their own personal streaming accounts.

For privacy and security, guests should remember to log out of personal streaming accounts before departure.



🔥 BBQ GRILL — $75/RESERVATION

Want to enjoy a family cookout by the pool? BBQ grill use can be arranged for a one-time $75 fee per reservation. Please request it in advance so it can be prepared for your stay. Propane included.



🐾 STRICT NO-PET POLICY

This property does not allow pets. Bringing an unauthorized animal onto the property may result in a minimum $500 penalty, plus any additional cleaning, sanitization, deodorization or damage costs incurred.

Legally protected service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.



🚭 STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY — $1,500 FEE

Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars and marijuana—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors, including patios, pool deck and yard.

Any violation will result in an immediate $1,500 penalty fee, potential cancellation of the stay without refund, and responsibility for professional deep cleaning, deodorization and any related remediation costs.



🔔 SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE

For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is one exterior doorbell camera located at the home's entrance. The camera faces the exterior entry area. There are no cameras inside the home.



👶 BABY & TODDLER ITEMS

Traveling with little ones? The home already includes several family conveniences, including a crib, double stroller, high chairs and removable pool safety fence. Additional baby equipment may be available upon advance request; availability is not guaranteed and additional charges may apply depending on the requested item.



🏡 CHAMPIONSGATE RESORT ACCESS

Registered guests staying at Game On! Orlando currently have access to eligible facilities associated with The Retreat at ChampionsGate, including the Oasis Club and Retreat Club.

At the Oasis Club, current amenities include:



- Heated zero-entry lazy river

- Waterslide

- Interactive splash zone

- Heated quiet pool

- Spa

- Fitness center

- Arcade

- 26-seat movie theater

- Sand volleyball

- Full-service restaurant

- Poolside Tiki Bar



Some optional services or activities may carry separate charges.

Resort facilities, hours, policies and individual amenities are operated by the community and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, private events or other circumstances outside the home's control.



🤫 COMMUNITY & NOISE RULES

ChampionsGate is a residential resort community. Please respect our neighbors and community. Parties, events, excessive noise and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Outdoor music and conversations should always remain at a respectful volume, particularly during evening and overnight hours.



🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

The home is designed for families and registered vacation groups. Parties, unauthorized events, disruptive gatherings and occupancy beyond the confirmed reservation are prohibited.



🌡️ AIR CONDITIONING

Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. To protect the system from freezing or damage, the thermostat should not be set below 70°F.



🏊 POOL SAFETY

Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool, spa and waterslide. A removable pool safety fence is provided, but it is not a substitute for adult supervision. No diving, running on the pool deck or unsafe use of the waterslide is permitted.



Never tamper with pool equipment, valves, heaters or controls. Contact us if assistance is needed.



🗑️ TRASH

Please place bagged household trash inside the designated trash bench/box at the front of the the home and keep the lid securely closed. Do not leave loose trash or bags beside the container.



🏠 HOME CARE & DAMAGES

Please treat the home, themed bedrooms, custom décor, games and entertainment equipment with care. Do not climb, hang from or move decorative structures unless they are specifically designed for guest use.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence or violation of house rules.



🎮 GAME ROOMS & THEMED STRUCTURES

Children should be supervised when using games, bunk beds, climbing steps or custom themed structures. Furniture, arcade equipment and decorative elements should not be moved or repositioned.

Please use all equipment only as intended.



🍽️ KITCHEN & DEPARTURE COURTESY

Before departure, please place used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle when possible. Bag household trash and place it in the designated community trash container. Please leave furniture, games and household items in their original locations.



Used towels may be placed in the washer at departure unless otherwise instructed in your checkout message.



🚪 WINDOWS & DOORS

For security, pest control and efficient air conditioning, please keep exterior doors and windows closed when not actively entering or exiting the property.

Before leaving the home, confirm that exterior doors are securely closed and locked.
