This renovated farmhouse in Montant de Tost sits at an elevation of 1,100 metres, surrounded by fields, forests and mountains with views of the Pyrenees. The property features a seasonal vegetable garden, fruit trees, a grove of holm oaks mycorrhized with truffles and chickens that lay fresh eggs every day. You'll arrive at a place with a life of its own.
The ground floor features two triple bedrooms—each with a double bed and an optional rollaway bed—a full bathroom, a laundry area, and a U-shaped staircase. On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen-dining room, a living room with two sofa beds, and a second full bathroom. The first floor opens onto a shared outdoor area with a terrace, table, chairs, and a barbecue. This area faces south. On the north side, there’s a level entrance and a cooler, quieter leisure area. Montant de Tost is home to megalithic ruins, medieval towers, and the pre-Romanesque chapel of Sant Germé. The surrounding area is ideal for cyclists, hikers, and nature lovers. From here, you can explore the Pre-Pyrenean countryside on foot or by mountain bike.
